I have bought a helmet on 1 April this month and after payment has been taken, I received a email from them with confirmation until 9 April when I wrote the review given them one star they answer to my email, sorry hundred emails to know when the helmet is coming, and a staff called Sarah she promised that we have the helmet on Saturday but she lying because I didn't received the tracking number, the next day she answered me in afternoon with a label said DPD waiting for the parcel, yes of course other company that they joke with your parcel the worst in the world saying SORRY EWE MISSED YOU 😀 my son was outside 2 hours waiting the van to come but Mr Muhammad he didn't appear maybe he was in the war helping people with my helmet! So finally we lost £580 on the road tax because of incompetent people like you !!! And if Mr Muhammad want to deliver this helmet I will return to you because we don't need it anymore! So refund me my money!
