The Zamp RZ-63F Racing Helmet has been developed for drivers who demand lightweight performance, advanced cooling, and aggressive race-ready styling. Certified to both FIA 8859-2024 and Snell SA2025 standards, the RZ-63F combines cutting-edge safety technology with premium comfort, making it an excellent choice for competitors across both dirt and asphalt racing disciplines.
Constructed from a super lightweight Aramid Mix Shell, the RZ-63F delivers exceptional strength while reducing driver fatigue during long race sessions. Its distinctive aerodynamic design features an enlarged duck-bill chin bar that helps improve stability at speed while offering increased protection from dirt, debris, and track conditions.
At the heart of the helmet is Zamp’s innovative DDAIR-SYSTEM (Dual Density Air Integration Relief System), providing 360-degree internal air channeling for enhanced ventilation and forced-air cooling. Combined with the versatile Top Air System, which can be configured for natural air, forced air, or air plug applications, the RZ-63F is designed to keep drivers cool and comfortable in even the most demanding environments.
The RZ-63F is also built with versatility in mind. Optional front and rear aerodynamic spoilers can be added to further enhance performance, while integrated ear cup pockets allow for easy installation of Zamp communication accessories. Completing the package is a Z-20 Series FIA clear visor with tear-off posts and M6 head and neck restraint anchors for added safety and compatibility.
