Fitting Instructions

Replacing your visor is quick and straightforward, but it’s important to install it correctly to ensure smooth operation and a secure fit.

1. Place your helmet on a soft towel or padded surface to protect the shell.
2. Remove the shield pivot tensioners (the smaller screws) from each side.
3. Remove the shield pivot screws (the larger screws). A coin is recommended for loosening and tightening these screws.
4. Carefully remove the existing visor and wipe the visor seal and mounting area clean with a soft cloth.
5. Position the new Z20 Prism Visor, ensuring the two white washers remain between the visor and helmet.
6. Hand-thread the larger pivot screws before gently tightening them until secure. Do not overtighten.
7. Refit the smaller tensioner screws and adjust them to achieve your preferred visor opening resistance.

Important: Never use power tools when fitting or removing your visor. Always tighten screws by hand to avoid damaging the visor or helmet mechanism.
